Policies and Guidelines

 

    • Arrive to class on time. It may be beneficial to you to arrive a few minutes early to prepare for class. We also suggest you arrive already dressed and ready to dance, however, facilities are available for changing if you need to do so.

 

    • For the safety of our students, appropriate footwear and attire should be worn in class. Street shoes are not permitted. No jewelry is permitted in class.

 

    • There is to be NO gum chewing during class time.

 

    • All students, siblings, and visitors under 13 must have adult supervision at all times while in our facility unless they are in class.

 

    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

    • Class fees are due on the first day of the month. Refunds will only be given for cancelled classes. Since we plan our yearly budget (and weekly expenditures for class items) based on the total number of students enrolled in our classes, we regret that we cannot refund any of the fees for classes missed due to sickness, schedule conflicts or other obligations.

 

    • All tuition payments are considered LATE on the 10th day of the month and will incur a $10.00 per student Late Fee.

 

    • $25.00 will be charged for any returned check.

 

    • Class outfits will be on sale in September. Class outfits are required for all classes and must be purchased from Leap of Faith Dance Company.

 

    • Please bring a water bottle to class.

 

    • Year-end Recital Rehearsal is mandatory for all performers.
